ZJ300D5 Metal Gravity Casting Machine for Cylinder Cover

ZJ300D5多开模铸造机为垂直分型、前、后、左、右四个方向开模。下顶料机构，四个方向开模油缸为后法兰安装，保证有足够的开模力，工作台为整体铸件，保证整机有足够的钢性，机器采用PLC控制，人机界面显示屏，具有点动、手动、自动控制程序，下顶料油缸具有冷却装置，开合模采用保压装置。The ZJ300D5 multi-opening dies casting machine is of vertical parting type with the opening dies in front, back, left  right directions.The lower pushing mechanism, the hydro-cylinders for opening dies in four directions are mounted with rear flanges so as to guarantee enough force for opening dies, the worktable are of one-piece casting as to ensure the enough rigidity of the whole machine. The machine is controlled by PLC with man-machine interface   jogging, manual  auto controls., the lower pushing cylinder is equipped with a cooling device,  the open-close mould employs a pressure-preserving device.
